Happy Birthday to you...

Last week was my Grandma Marie's 89Th Birthday. The family got together for a big potluck to celebrate. It was fun catching up with all my aunts, uncles and cousins. Only wish that Josh, Bran and the girls could have been there too. Here's a group pic after the little ones helped Gram blow out the candles.

Star Wars must be this years Halloween theme. Paul is a Jedi. Luke is Chewbacca. And Delaney is Princess Leia. We dressed them up yesterday and did a little photo shoot. They were so cute!

Twilight Series Complete!

I finished the 4th and final book Breaking Dawn over the weekend. I loved it! I'm a little disappointed its over but looking forward to the movie coming out November 21st! I also have Vegas to look forward to the second weekend in November. Going to celebrate my birthday with my good girlfriends Bobbi Jo, Sarah, and Jennifer. Less than a month to go. Whoo hoo!

Mount Rainier

I took a drive yesterday up to Paradise stopping at Longmire along the way. It was such a beautiful day. I was thinking this would probably be the last chance I'd get up there before the upcoming gray winter. The mountain was gorgeous! At least until I got up to Longmire and some low lying clouds covered my view of the mountain. So much for getting my great shot. I stopped at every view point on the way up to Paradise with no such luck of a better view. Ughh! I'm still a bit disappointed. Here are a few photos I took of the disappearing mountain and scenery.

Show Me Your Moves

I've never met someone so into wrestling as these two silly girls. Every Tuesday morning I listen to Donna and Lisa re-hash Monday Night Wrestling. I really didn't know people still watched wrestling. I remember watching with my brother when I was in grade school. Afterwards or during commercials Josh would try out his wrestling moves on me. I've been put in the Figure Four and have been Body Slammed too many times to count. In Rick Flair's words...Whoo!

Mexican Train

A few weekends ago I had a little game night at my house to play the domino game of Mexican Train. It was a success! The food and drinks were delish! The game was fun and everyone loved winning prizes. Here are a few of photos I took that night...

Book 2 Complete!

So, I just finished New Moon and I loved it!

Now I'm trying to decide if I should run to the bookstore and buy the next book Eclipse right now or if I can hold off until tomorrow.

I think I can hold off but what will I do with myself now??!!
